Sold me a car and I requested that all the consumer report problems with the car be addressed. I was assured they were and in less than a week the transmission went out.
I said I wanted a different car, if this is going to be a problem, I was assured that it would be fixed, I had purchased extended warrenties, and disability insurance on the automobile at a large price in addition to the cars price. The transmission went out again in less than 6 months it went out again.
I had moved from Oregon to California, Lithia would not give me the information to contact for my warrenty info, and then I was disabled by a gun shot wound and the disability insurance would not help me in any way and they came and got my car.
I have a negitive report for 13,879 on my report and a repo now. The disability insurance place said they did not know where I was I spent multiple hours trying to get the contact #'s from lithia. I believe I was not treated fairly and my rights were violated
