I ordered two cartons of cigarettes from www.smoking.com. I received confirmation emails that my payment had been made and then another email stating I needed to call an 800 number to verify my address. I called and confirmed my mailing address and never heard from the company again. After a month, I called that same 800 number only to be told that they knew nothing of any smoking.com and had just bought the 800 number for their internet business that week. I went to www.smoking.com to find a green screen that only said "COMING SOON" at the top. After filing paperwork with my bank (thank goodness I saved those emails from the company!) which took about an hour and a half, I finally got a refund through my bank after 2 months of investigation.
Just for kicks, I checked the website this morning and it is now a search engine!!!
