In rebuttal to Kathy Perez (3rd wife of Richard (Ric) Eugene Perez) about Kathy Perez Liskey... I am Kathy Liskey's mother and I know a little bit about what went on with her and Ric. To begin with, they were married in our home and stayed there until Ric made the remark that he didn't care if they ever moved out or not. I then took them to a trailer sales and made Ric buy a trailer. They moved in across the street from me and I know for a fact there were no drunk or drug parties going on there, and the baby was well cared for. If Ric didn't want the responsibility of a child he should have kept his thirteen buttons buttoned up, or kept his pencil in his pocket while he was "serving his country". Poor little Ric. He is not the innocent victim that Kathy Perez makes him out to be. I know of one time when the baby was crying, which all babies do, and Ric told Kathy to take him in the other bedroom and shut the G.D. Door!
All of this is stirred up because of Kathy Perez's attempts to slander my daughter because she didn't want Ric to have to pay the back child support that he owed. She filed a complaint on Kathy Liskey and it was filled with nothing but vicious lies.
Ric can claim that he didn't know where Kathy and his son were, but he knew that my husband was retiring from the navy and that we owned property in Kentucky and planned to move to here. He might not have known Kathy's new married name then, but he sure knew my husband's and mine, and where we planned to move so there is no reason he wouldn't know how to contact us. He isn't that dumb that he didn't remember that. We've had the same phone number since 1976 and it is listed.
Kathy Liskey's husband has been a real father to Ric's son and he has always been there for him when he needed a father. That's why we all love and respect him as a man, something Ric has proven he is not.
One of Kathy Perez's lies to my daughter was that Ric's 2nd wife had proof that Ric was not the biological father, although it was never produced. Why would 2nd wife have papers like that and Ric not get them and use them in court. If such papers existed Ric would have guarded them with his life! He sure wouldn't let his 2nd wife keep such an important document. If she has anything it is a forgery and there is no doubt in anyone's mind that Ric is my grandson's father. There's too many similarities, not to mention the same blood type. Ric's son is disappointed that his father cared so little for him and wanted nothing to do with him when he reached out to his father, but it is more Ric's loss than his. He'll never know what a good man his son is, and never know his adorable grandson.
As for Kathy Perez's behavior, she needs to grow up and stop using the internet to try to spread her lies and taking a chance on being prosecuted for slander. She was upset about Ric having to pay back child support and she will not be happy when she has to pay for the slander and lible she is guilty of. After seeing her picture I wouldn't blame Ric for chasing other women. She needs a paper bag, or two. One for her and one for whoever is looking at her.
