It is time for the FTC to track down the so called Canadian owner and interrogate this shady operation. I was debited without my consent $249, then a subsequent $59.90 which overdrew my account and caused me some real headaches. I tried to phone their (PROTEL) "problem resolution line" and all I got was music on hold and current estimated time of wait is 1HOUR-45 MINUTES!
This is bogus! I want my money back and at least some justice from this ripoff scam of the century! Does anyone know someone from the FTC who would investigate this company? Let's do it quickly before more and more victims are scammed!
