Ripoff Did not pay for graphic design work

This loser ripped me off after I did design work for his magazine. His deposit check bounced but luckily I took it back to the bank where he has his account and they cashed it. But the remainder of the bill is still unpaid. This is an invoice from almost a year ago.

I sent the invoice to a collections agency but because the amount isn't that big they didn't really put much effort into collecting it.

I want this loser to stop getting away with scamming people. I don't know what I can do to get my money I'm owed and to get him to pay others but I will look into every possible way to get this weasle.
