Recently on complaint Bryan Sebeckis, who conned me out of free Graphic Design work is now claiming that Design911 is a scammer although he is not a client of Design911.
This is a clear attempt to defame my character months after I brought the issue to the people of complaint.
The Facts are:
1) Yes, I do have 32 pages of court cases in my hands that has Bryan Sebeckis name all over it.
2) I spoke to several of the plaintiffs in the cases where the same exact instance of doing work and not getting paid for it was present.
3) There is another person on usacomplaints.com that has also not gotten paid. Only until she filled out a rip off report did she get paid.
4) Bryan recently attempted to defame the character of Design911.net (an online design agency that I formed several months after I stopped working for Bryan Sebeckis / FOR YOUR BODY Magazine) - just because I own it.
5) Bryan Sebeckis, FOR YOUR BODY Magazine are not clients of Design911.net (and they never were!)
6) Bryan Sebeckis owes Jeaneen Benson over $1200 for work rendered.
7) The reason he can not use the work is because of a clause in the contact that states: "Contractor assigns to Client all patent, copyright, and trade secrets in anything created or developed by Contractor for Client under this Agreement. The assignment is conditioned upon FULL PAYMENT of the compensation due Contractor under this Agreement. (This is why Bryan Sebeckis cannot use the work — he has not paid for it!) - we have a subscription with this magazine and it's being watched thoroughly. This means that he can not use copy, art work, layout or design commissioned by Jeaneen Benson until payment is made in full.
8) Bryan Sebeckis acknowledges he owes $1200 because he made an attempt to pay. The following balances are owed:
#10001 in the amount of $204.75
#10003 in the amount of $1023.50

Bryan Sebeckis paid for time not design based on Speculation (the idea "if I like it then I will pay you"). Under the law he was suppose to give we a reasonable effort to change the design to his liking if he did not like it.
Not only did he not mention anything about not liking any of the layouts (with respects to the cover which we decided to go with what he made — what he uses now on his website - FORYOURBODY.com) he never once mentioned to do anything over. His only comment was to do more designs and to give him more options and that is what I did.
Bryan Sebeckis is just an irresponsible individual that doesn't want to pay for the time rendered.
If you're a designer I would advise you to think twice before you do work for his Magazine (For Your Body, For Your Home).
I'm still awaiting payment while Bryan Sebeckis plays games. How well can his magazine be doing if he has all this free time.
