Aspire Visa Card
Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing, did not activate card yet they are billing me Atlanta

This company sent me a card which I never activated or used in any way. They continue to send me statements, currently amounting to $179.00.

I have written and called the company and they will not resolve the matter.

The representatives seem to be very unknowledgable and unprofessional.

This must be a scam.
