Ripoff took money from account that had not been authorized San Antonio Texas

They took money out of my checking account that was not authorized. I don't know who these people are or what they do.

Tried calling phone number that bank gave but got only automated voice. Same voice and format for both companies; GalleriaUSA and Simply You (www.dealpass.com)

I want the double charges that were taken from my account put back.
