I was in the south bound center lane @ approx. 4:00P.M. When the traffic came to a stop. Mr. Cooper was driving a 2000 ford f-350, pulling a gooseneck trailer, with 2 unidentified male passengers. Being unable to stop, mr. Cooper struck my car in the rear.
