On January 22 at approx. 4:00pm I was driving south, in the canter lane, on interstate 35E and my car was hit from behind by a truck owned by C&P Pump Services, Inc. And driven by Tim Cooper.
We pulled over to the side of the highway and exchange insurance information. I called Paul Upchurch, President of C&P Pump Services, Inc. On his cell phone 214-718-8252, to varify that Tim Cooper worhed for him and that he was insured. Mr. Upchurch told me that he was insured.
When my insurance company tried to collect for Mr. Upchurchs insuraance company, they were informed that Mr. Upchurch had NO INSURANCE! My insurance company had to pay the claim. I was out the $500.00 deductible.
