Charges were noticed on credit card bill for AP9*Essentials and AP9*Simpleescapes for the past three months.
I called the phone number on my credit card for AP9*Essentials to keep getting a recording to enter my account number or phone number.
I entered this information phone# because I have no account # that I know of. This recording takes me to another recorded message telling me that my subscription was cancelled 9/14/04.
If my subscription was cancelled why am I still being charges every month.
AP9*Simpleescapes - I was able to talk to Lisa #15284, operator who took my request to have whatever this service was cancelled.
She was relutanted at first and wanted to know why I no longer wanted the services. I explained I did not know what it was and therefore did not need it.
Lisa #15284 agreed to cancel the services and promised a refund for monies they received since 10/28/04 within 1 to 2 days.
