Dear Mr. Hall:
On May 2, we, as hard working good standing citizens in the community, bought a $2,000 46" flat screen Hitachi television from, from Circuit City. After much deliberation and research, in the beginning of June, we believed we conducted enough research for the perfect candidate to install our flat screen on our wall; and therefore, Mr. Derek Hall, WIRECOM INC., was chosen and then trusted to come into our home, to mount our television on the wall and to stand by WIRECOM'S work.
Today, Thursday, August 30th - we sit in utter dismay, humiliation and feeling EXPOSED to Mr. Derek hall's from wire com inc. Wirecominc.com FRAUDULENCE; as our flat screen Hitachi TV HAS FALLEN OFF THE WALL AND CRASHED TO THE GROUND.
YES Mr. Derek Hall came into our home with 2 other men, YES, Mr. Derek Hall installed the television, YES, Mr. Derek Hall agreed by phone that this happened; however, Mr. Derek Hall, now WILL NOT STAND BY HIS WORK. To date, Mr. Hall is AVOIDING us.
We have tried to negotiate with Mr. Derek Hall ONLY for the cost of the TV; but what Mr. Hall fails to understand is that we were going to be kind enough to give him a break from our damaged wall, mounting dock, stereo system located below the TV that was damaged and most importantly, the fact that any person we invited into our home, watching the flat screen TV could have lost a limb if they were below the TV.
Mr. Derek Hall, you failed to correctly mount our 46' Hitachi-Plasma TV with the proper screws and the support of the wall studs. Mr. Hall's company website, www.wirecominc.com proclaims that Wirecom Inc. Are "experts" and that as customers we would receive "expert" service; allowing us to "relax and enjoy the big picture." Well the "big picture" for us, is watching our investment crash to the floor and learning the truth beyond this facade of "trusting the professionals."
Mr. Derek Hall, presented his self as a professional; therefore Mr. Derek Hall clearly KNEW the television would fall; this is outrageous. Mr. Derek Hall was fully aware that installing a 150 pound TV on only the dry wall would soon fail (after ensuring us he was putting up reinforcements); either right after you left or a week later. Not to mention, that once the TV was off of the wall, it displayed an additional huge hole that Mr. Derek Hall made by MISTAKE and calculation of where the cords would feed through.
Consequently, without question, Mr. Derek. Hall is fully responsible. Mr. Derek Hall, Wirecom Inc. Had NO regard for our investment, NO regard to our time and NO regard ultimately to the danger a loosely hung plasma TV creates to us and our guest while entertaining.
Yet, Mr. Derek Hall's wirecominc.com claims to be "devoted to customer satisfaction and committed to positive relationships with every individual with whom we do business." Mr. Hall has not adequately treated us with "respect, courtesy or consideration." All of which, Mr. Hall's company, Wirecom proclaims to be cornerstone to how you conduct business.
Per our last conversation, Mr. Derek Hall agreed to meet with us at 10:00 am, August 28. As a professional, when you knew you weren't going to come, you should have called in advance and respected our time, and respond responsibly for your work. Hence, based on Mr. Derek Hall's actions or lack thereof, we are aware that you have no plan to call, no insurance, nor accept any responsibility and most likely seeking to deny any involvement.
Consequently, we have no choice but to respond via legal action and exposure via our expansive network, and to spread the word through media outlets in order TO EXPOSE MR. Derek hall and to protect other innocent consumers. Both of us are well respected professionals in the community and we support African-American owned businesses, however, be advised that your unethical behavior has an adverse affect on how we are all portrayed and perceived.
We selected Mr. Derek Hall, as a result of your claim to be the best since 2000. Not to be taken advantage of. You should also be advised that this story is of interest to a number of people, and sources in your field; who are in total disbelief that professionals are responsible for this disaster.
We are not angry, but very disappointed and OFFER you THIS LAST opportunity to respond correctly. Winning a lawsuit against your company can be easily performed but so unnecessary for both parties resulting with all of the expenses placed back on you.
As a business owner, you should consider that most of the damage to your firm will be the uphill battle to repair your reputation and reinstall trust in your past and future clients; especially with how destructive blogs, radio and TV media can be. Your only recourse is to accept photos of the TV, along with the receipts and reimburse us as we are truly owed. We have done our part, however should Mr. Derek Hall not respond in a timely manner for any reason, we will determine it to be your unwillingness to make good on a bad situation.
P.S.: IN THE EVENT THAT YOU BELIEVE PROVING THAT YOU WERE IN OUR HOUSE TO INSTALL OUR TV IS DIFFICULT TO PERFORM: A) we have video surveillance of you entering and leaving the building; B) we have phone log records the day of your performance, during the day where we spoke of what equipment we needed to provide you with, calls made before you came in your truck, and after you left where you explained to us how to change inputs to switch the programs from Video to TV; C) we have witnesses in our building that saw you; D) we have your finger prints all over our walls, TV, and refrigerator you moved; and E) you have two competent, honest people with integrity, who picked YOU to install the TV.
