On May 23 at the annual Kendrick Farm HOA meeting a request was made to add black aluminum fencing to the bylaws. Drew Green's response was a petition with 30 signatures from the community was needed to amend the bylaws that refer to the different fences allowed in the community. The original petition with more than 40 signatures was sent to Drew Green at Hawthorne Management in early June and to be forwarded to the Kendrick Farm HOA Board. The Board NEVER received the petition. After reading the minutes from the meeting attended by the members of the community, there was NO MENTION of the discussion in which a request was made to change the fencing bylaws. It was made clear that it would be a simple process, as long as community members were not opposed to it. There are multiple people in the community who would like to invest in the black aluminum, maintenance free, lifetime warranty fencing that has been rejected in the past.
SEVERAL e-mails and phone calls to discuss the status of the petition have NOT been answered by DREW GREEN. He is not a man of his word! He is ignoring the homeowners of this community.
