Small business complied with all terms of the 48 month agreement with FDGL. In fact, we endured their lease agreement for 64 months. We terminated the account with First Data on January 4 thinking that was the end of the extortion. However, FDGL continued to debit the business checking account after the legal termination of the services of First Data. Attempts to get rid of FDGL met with resistance. No address was provided to return the obsolete single terminal. According to the contract with First Data signed in August the ONLY ADDRESS provided for FDGL is P.O. Box 407092, Coral Springs, Florida 33340. According to Minerva ID 3639 we have to wait until we receive a letter which FDGL is supposed to mail giving us instructions on how/where to return the obsolete terminal. She refused to provide the information on the phone or by email. Until the terminal is returned, FDGL promises to continue debiting the checking account.
