Leo and Ella Stein operated the Circle S Ranch from 1953 to 1978 when they were shut down by Law enforcement. Their license to operate was revoked by the State of Arizona on September 28th, 1978.
During the nearly quarter Century they were allowed to operate their "business", they sexually abused young boys from the age of 12 to 17. Ella Stein had a sick proclivity for 11 and 12 year old boys who she thought were "cute".

The Steins had four (4) children of their own. Leslie Stephen "Les" Stein, Laura Stein, Robert "Bobby" Stein and Carolyn Stein, now married to Paul Jacques and is called Carolyn Jacques.
These kids were all witness to the brutal acts their sick and perverted parents perpetrated on these innocent, at risk children, many of whom were clinically retarded.
Another monster who was one of Leo Stein's sycophants and enforcers was Dale Noack of Tucson, Arizona. Dale brutalized these young children at the behest of Leo and Ella Stein. Noack broke jaws of 12 year old kids, terrorized them and routinely beat them for no reason, other than Leo Stein or Dale just felt like it.
