Charged $29.99 after cancelling membership on the seventh day

I called on the 7th day to cancel my membership and was charged the $29.99 on the same day. According to the billing department, my cancellation was denied because I called on the 7th day, which makes no sense since they give you until the 7th day to cancel. This website should be taken down! They do not even have the correct information needed to check my credit score!
