Computer April 201, $2000 dollars later plus extended warranty no computer, Arrived with no hinge they put under extended. Been at repairs more then here. Since September they had it in with Mario in Texas ' Mendoza Carlos service' keeps blowing me off. Capital one Sony spend days on the phone with me speaking to all kinds of department s at Sony, they are also in shock of everyone passing us around with no results. The lemon law and better business says it takes time. This my 7th and last computer t, this story needs to be on 60 minutes... Any suggestions for how to find some one that care's at Sony, not just there paycheck,
