Walmart Tire and lube destroyed my car won't pay for damages

In the process of changing the battery in my car the Walmart tech arced a piece of equipment while under the hood of my car. I was observing at the time. A 3 ft high arc came out of the opened hood of my car. $6000 damage resulted, all computer related modules in the car were fried. I traded the car, and experienced a severe loss of revenue in the transaction due to the fact the car would not run. CMI is stating I ended the chain of evidence by selling the vehicle, and will not pay my losses. I have a complete file of the case compiled by The Arkansas State Insurance Department.in this file it reveals the fact that CMI was offered a chance to examine the vehicle and chose not to, and also CMI never viewed the video of the incident at the stores Loss prevention Department, which clearly demonstrates what was done. Also it indicates discrepancies of correspondence between me and Cmi and same correspondence with the Arkansas Insurance Department Investigator.

CMI is just a arbitrator for Walmart, who is self insured. Walmart never discloses this fact to persons filing claims. A Federal mandate states Arbitration can only exist if all parties are in agreement to arbitrate. Walmart claimants never are told the case is being arbitrated, thus the resultant ruling of CMI is defunct and unadmissable as a ruling or as evidence in any proceedings following the settlement of the claim.
