Tool Department help at Brookfield Square Mall Sears - Craftsman hydraulic jack

I want to give a big THANK YOU to Bill in the tools department! He saw I needed help lifting a heavy hydraulic jack into my cart. He got it into my cart, processed my purchase and helped me get it into my car with the best attitude:) His nametag said "in training" so I do not know his last name, but he made me the happiest person!

Refused to honor "FULL UNLIMITED WARRANTY ON CRAFTSMAN MECHANICS' TOOLS" told me the sears had changed the warranty and would no longer replace tools. Told me that the printed warranty does not exist. However I still have the written warranty
