I called on Oct. 15 to cancel my savings account and they told me that they were sending the check in the mail. I waited until Nov. 7 still hadn't received my money so I called again and they told me it could take 30 days for them to review the account. They told me the same things they told me before so I waited the 30 days and called them again still nothing I'm getting very angry and I told them I was calling the Better Business Bureau and they didn't care. It's my money and I shouldn't have to wait 3 months or longer to get it. I have bills that need paid and kids to take care of. I'm very disappointed in this business will never work with them again.
