I placed an order in March which never arrived and 2 months later I asked for a refund, which I have since been fighting for. A cheque was eventually written and sent to me at the end of August but in the wrong name!
Every month I speak to the call centre, the only way to communicate with them. All they can do is escalte the matter! No supervisor or managers or alternative phone numbers or emails can be given out. How ridiculous is that!!!
In my entire life, I have never dealt with such bad service. I strongly advise NOT to order anything from them. Absolutely, useless and pathetic! I still have not been refunded.
