Everybody at Xlibris I have dealt with have been ignorant and totally uncaring even though Xlibris is clearly illegally infringing on my copyright and has cost me thousands of dollars in lost sales...
These people were so incredibly incompetent when I first sent them a draft of a my book over five years ago that I refused to do business with them and NEVER signed contracts with them...
So imagine my complete and utter amazement five years later in October when they somehow managed to replace the book that I published and have been selling on Amazon for YEARS with the five year old version of my book I had originally sent them.
This was done without my permission and without any contract and, since October they have repeatedly ignored (and I mean on at least 12 occasions) my request to be put in touch with their company's attorney.
Xlibris has totally ruined my entire Christmas sales campaign which has cost me thousands of dollars in lost sales and if you want your book published then do yourself a big favor and NEVER contact these cretins.
