My car broke down near the Sam's Club parking lot. I walked over to the Sam's Club only to find Danilo Moore working in the Tire Center. I explained to him that my car battery was dead and my family was in the car, I asked if there was anything he could do for me. Danilo immediately picked up the jumper cables and walked a good distance to find my car. Danilo jump started my car and asked me to bring it to the shop so he can check the battery. After checking the battery, he informed me that the battery was dead. I purchased a new battery and was on my way home with my family within 30 minutes of meeting Danilo Moore. Having your car break down in the middle of nowhere could be one of the worst experiences but thanks to Danilo he made it a positive one. Danilo showed the professionalism, dedication and care that a company such as Sam's Club would only hope for. Danilo showed motivation and the character traits of an exemplary employee.
