I was robbed by the same Italian kid in LA on Thursday, June 17 at approximately 12:30 pm near the corner of Fairfax and Pico. He had a SOB story about being an Armani model from Italy visiting LA, losing his wallet and credit cards, not having enough money to pay for his car rental, and needing to get to the airport in a few hours to leave the country to see his parents.
I unfortunately took the time to listen to his scam which included various props such as an Italian passport bearing the name "Danilo Ripa, " flight itinerary, car rental receipt, and 3 knock-off Armani jackets marked "Reportage: Made in Italy." I NEED ANY HELP YOU CAN PROVIDE - HE STOLE A SIGNIFICANT SUM OF MONEY FROM ME. This person is extremely dangerous and I have a photo of him to show you and the police.
I have reported him to the authorities and would like your help in making sure he is deported/banned from the US or at the very least arrested and convicted. He is a young, fair-skinned man in his early 20's wearing fashionable clothes to play the part of the jetsetting Armani model. He will no doubt rob others of their money.
