This is the worst piece of crap I have ever seen.
It's a shame that HP now makes products like that (and I used to work for HP many years ago when we took pride in reliability of our products).
It stopped printing black 2 months after I bought it. Spent 3 hours on the phone with incomprehensible Indians service. A replacement printer came in today. And it has exactly the same problem - it wouldn't print black, after 2 hours on the phone with another Indian genius I am returning it.
Shame on HP, no wonder it is not doing so well lately. Maybe it should go out of business as a lesson for others.
Will never, ever buy HP again.
