Sam's Allowing Fraud/Untrusted People open Stalls in their Store - jewelry quality and price

I am sad to find how Sam's Club allowed an untrusted company called NA jewelry to open stall in their premise. I purchased a diamond ring almost 3.5 years back. I bought it from a stall in one of the Sam's Club (located on west road) in Houston. When my wife wore it in the party for the 1st time, she lost one of the diamonds in the ring. We have to wait for long time before the "NA-jewelry" people brought their stall back in Sam's club. I was very unhappy with the product quality and wanted to return/replace it, but they convinced me to keep the diamond ring by putting the diamond back in the ring, and gave me a lifetime warranty for this ring. A year and half back, another diamond came out from the ring, and when I went back to Sam's club to find out when this NA jewelry people willl be coming back, they told me that they won't be coming to Sam's Club any more. I felt like I was cheated. What should I do now with this $1800 (approx) diamond ring? I tried to sell this diamond ring but no one is ready to give me more than $300 for this ring. So frustrating.
I tried calling the number on the business card provided by the sales rep but it's not working. I e-mailed them without any response. I submitted my complain by going into their website again without any response. Now even their website is not opening
The sad thing is that even the people and store manager of Sam's club didn't help me. It's their responsibility to find out these guys because they let these guys set-up stall in their premise. When we go to buy a car or home, our credit history is checked. How did Sam's allow these guys to open a stall in their premise without verifying their credentials? I bought that costly diamond ring based on Sam's credential thinking that this stall can be trusted as it has been allowed by Sam's. But, I believe Sam's is equally responsible for my pain. The gist is— "i can't trust sam's club any more in my lifetime.'
