I had the worse experience with them ever! I was trying to book a flight and I kept having an error message online. So I call them tell them my problem and they said no problem we will do it for you. They told me okay your total is 379.00$ I said okay gave them my credit card information and that was it. 3 days later I go to my bank account online and it says Cheapoair took out 869.00$ I freaked out! And called them back! I couldn't understand any of the representatives at all! They said okay
I will let my supervisor call you back. It had been 2 weeks I've called everyday since then I get told the same thing that they will have to call me back. Now they are hanging up on me. I do not recommend!!!
