We initially ordered the Pod and it was delivered to our neighbors. It took the entire day for them to return and deliver it to our house. When I called to have them come pick it up, I was told it would take 4 days but I would not be charged for the next month. No one came to pick it up. I had to call again, by then we had been charged for the next month, AND for the pick-up fee even though my second call I was assured I would not be charged for the pick-up, that it would be taken out of the monthly rent charged in error and I would see a credit for the balance due. I don't have a lot of faith that this will be resolved in our favor, it's just been one fiasco after the other. The POD itself was clean, the lock stuck and had to be hammered open and shut, however it was very convenient and in theory a very good idea.
