I had taken my car to Domo to get gas and oil checked. I asked the attendant to check my oil and gave him a 5L jug of oil. He came back and asked if I wanted the empty jug? I was shocked and attempted to drive away, my car started to smoke excessively and sputter and stall. I made it home the few blocks and called Domo head office. They said they would pay for an oil change. I took it in and when done they told me that might seals might be blown. I called head office again and told him what they said, he said "I know cars and your car will be fine, it will take a couple days for the seals to go back to normal. I continued to have problems with my car and repeatedly left messages at the head office. I only make $690.00 on disability so I had to get my landlords brother to check what was wrong, he told me the seals were blown and that I needed a new motor. I have left messages and finally gave up when I didn't get a response, until I found this site. I haven't been able to drive my car in months, I can't afford to fix it, or buy another. It's not worth selling if the motor is shot. I only was able to buy this car at the end of Dec because my mom had passed away and left me little money, I owned the car 2 months when this happened. I don't believe this is my fault, and I shouldn't have to pay for a rebuilt motor and installation. I am on disability and have no car to get around!!
