We retained Chelsea and Mark G. Gumbel the 36 year old founding partner June and paid the retainer fee of $200,000. We committed to purchase $3,000, 000 in mostly Pop Art purchases under Chelsea Art Advisors advise. We initially only worked with Mr. Gumbel but it soon became clear he pushed us to his less experience assistant Alex Forman. While we are happy with the pieces they have advised us on, the customer service leads a lot to be desired.
