The service advisors over charging customers and inflating the hours for a job just to line their pockets. Service advisors also recommend services to customers that are not need. The mechanics recommending work that was not always needed on vehicles just to make more hours / money.
The service advisors lie, cheat and steal from customers to make the almighty dollar. Management is aware of it and as long as no customer complains then it is all good. Management also rips off their employees by charging them for rentals, parts, tow bills and other company expenses when they cannot get the customer to pay for them.
This company is not a company that anyone should do business with.
