I purchased a garage door opener in March. Since that time, I have scheduled installation through Sears on line installation. I received a confirmation with date and an email stating someone would call to set a delivery time frame. My credit card information was provided based on the company's online installation confirmation that the card would be on hold until the services were performed and the technician had provided the invoice for the services. That never happened! My money was taken shortly after i hung up the phone. Its now been 10 business days and i have not received my money back nor has sears installed my garage door opener. I will never ever ever ever do business with sears again! What they've done is stolen my money and wants to send me a check - you didn't receive a check from me - you stole my money and i want it back in the same form as you stole it - a credit back to my account. Why in the hell would i accept a check from you thieves?
