I originally wanted to have them come in the afternoon and you told me that they wouldn't be available after 12 or 1 pm. Due to that, I had my walk thru and closing scheduled for 10 and 11 am so they could come by noon. They never came until after 2. I had to have them redo several areas that they supposedly cleaned (there were wads of hair in the drawer of the bathroom vanity and dirt in the kitchen drawers). After that I didn't get back to my place for a couple of days (I wasn't living there yet). At that time I went into the laundry room which they "cleaned" and there were several cobwebs hanging down from the ceiling. They never did respond to my complaints on the service I received. About a week after that I noticed all this dust in the bathroom vent, which they obviously overlooked. There was rust on the metal bars in the bathtub as well as paint spots on the tile floor (which I assumed would not come off) but with a generic glass plus everything came right off. The tops of the doorways to the bedroom and bathroom were not dusted, like I was told they would be. The worst of all had to be when I pulled out my refrigerator from the wall and saw all the filth that had probably accumulated over the past 10 years. I have to question what they actually did in more than 4 hours (2 people more than 2 hours each). You have to remember the place was empty so there was no furniture to dust or move around. I also believe they mopped the floor, which I found out later, is not good for laminate wood floors. As a professional cleaning company they should have known that.
