Jennifer went above & beyond to help me & with the charge on my card. I had a charge that was to be cancelled but still showing on my bank account. This charge needed to be taken off or not I was going to have a banking issue that would effect my home payment. Jennifer, called my bank & she had some difficulties at first but finally had someone that did finally helped us and Jennifer stay on the line till she got the charge issue resolved for me! For me that's top notch customer service, she was concern for my issue & showed me that CheapOAir has great customer serivce reps! I want to thank Jennifer for her help & let her know how much I appreciate her help!
