On this date I signed up for 200 photo's to be placed on a CD. After waiting a week, I called the Photo Co (?) and they said they did not receive my request. After much hassle, I told them I was cancelling the deal and would not pay another $39.. My credit card came today and I was charged by DealChicken for the $39 for something I did not receive.
