Dual dial watch not working after two days of delivery - Rocio dual dial

I bought a watch online from http://www.bagittoday.com/.

When I complained them that after using the watch for two days seconds hand is not moving they suggested to check [email protected].

There is no response from them and bagittoday says we are not responsible, whom should I go to.

Please help.
