We bought a banana flower in this store all the time this is an ingredients that you put in one of the filipino dish. As a matter of fact this is the second time because we found a cigarette butt in our food 3 weeks before we discover it so we did not say anything it is so nasty coz we dont know where it came from but then after 2 weeks or so we cook again but this time Arvi take a look at the package and she saw acigarette buut in a sealed package so now it is confirmed that thats where it came from. We talk to the supervisor Alex it took them 2 weeks to take action then we met another suprvisor name Ronnie they set an appointment ant they broke it until now they are not responding they are very irresponsible they are not taking yhis seriously, we have the product and the receipt, if we gave them a chance to settle it with us but since they are not doing anything we will seek for other resolution for this problem.
