September - I rented the office at Regus for 1 year and 6 months.in that time, I found the reception staff unable to care for my basic reception needs without many errors. I even had to have my computer replaced as they didn't wrap it properly and it broke on the floor from the courier. My patients were continually upset at the administration errors, with people showing up at wrong times and the experience was negative on my business. Now that I moved out in frustration, they are making it very difficult to get my bond back by giving me vague time frames as to when I will get it after a lengthy time of waiting already. I find the contract to lack transparency. I will never use this company again, and many of the tenants on the floor expressed the same frustrations.
