On January order a 12 month suppy of Bactium (Product #SCHSBCT12MAOO (, for my mother. Shortly after receipt of the package, my mother changed her mind and ask that I return it. So on February 18 I called the company and got a return authorization number which I wrote on the return label. LAter that day I gave the parcel to my mail carrier for shipment. I have yet to receive the credit to my card, so I called the company today only to be treated very rudely and tolled that they received the parcel on March 12 and the 30 day return policy had expired. When asked to speak with a supervisor, I was denied. The customer service rep William, was very arrogant and childish on the phone and told me that he was the acting manager on duty. So now I am out $299.97 anas well as the year supply of product.
