I am writing in with a lot of mental turmoil caused by a purchase at the Guess factory store at Orlando, Florida's premium outlet.
I bought an 'LS ADDER KNIT COAT' for 55$ on 16/5.
I traveled from Orlando via New York, and onward to India on the 18th.
I had packed this guess in my travel bag to use when required.
In New York, I wore this jacket while standing to check in to the Business Class of Emirates Airlines.
To my horror, i was notified by one of the people there that my coat still had the security tag on it.
This was not a small security tag, it was gigantic.
I was hugely embarrassed as people thought i had stolen the jacket. Which I did not.
The amount of excruciating mental agony I endured is indescribable.
I have never been this embarrassed in my entire life.
The Guess store had failed to remove the security tag, and I had to suffer.
After paying 55$, I was publicly humiliated.

Upon return to India, and being unable to get the security tag removed at any reputed retail stores, I had no option but to try to break the seal open.
This resulted in the spread of a dark colored ink, which seeped into my jacket and stained it permanently.

There is no correct customer care email id on Guess site either. It just redirects to the home page -which is taking consumer sona royal ride.
