I just read a complaint from this site: Complaint 218006.

This accurately describes their business practices. I just wanted to let you know that they have not changed their ways.

There is no way to remove your details. I wish there was a way to prevent anyone else entering their phone numbers and e-mail addresses to their site.

The best you can do is enter in false e-mail address and phone number and hope they don't keep your original information that you entered on good faith.

I'm surprised they don't ask for a SS# up front... But then I know that I'd have stopped my application right there.
