Same thing as everyone else. Redirected from usps site, no knowledge I was redirected, everything still looked like usps site. Found out the next day that I was charged $39.95, tried to call the company with a number I found online. I was told since the charge was still pending there was nothing they could do but they would send it to someone higher up that would refund me the money. Needless to say my money was NOT refunded & that number is no longer accurate for this business. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET THE MONEY BACK??? Since it's already gone through, will my bank do anything about it???
