I don't even know where to begin. When I originally tried to setting up our service they told me they didn't service our area even though I told them everyone in our town had waste management collection cans. I had to call three different numbers to finally get service. We only used their services for a month and were told we would be sent a check for the money owed back to us within 4-6 weeks (after I called the customer service 800# 2 times since the first time I was told they had no record of us ever having service with wm). Now nearly 7 weeks later and 3 emails sent to their customer service they claim that we will see a credit to our card that we used when we set up the service. 3 days later and still no credit.
