I applied for a payday loan online and received several calls about being approved for loans, I couldn't understand the person on the other end so I refused. On Sept. 11 I received a call from Robert Coston at eloan (the only one I could understand) and accepted the offer was told to pay $350 which I did and was told the bank would not accept the transfer. My bank called me to tell me that the wire transfer was too big as far as the rule change for 9/11. I called Mr. Coston and explained this and he said that they had to send it western union and wanted another $490 to do that. I had already sent them another $296 for the transfer. I explained that I had no more money and could not pay the amount and he said he would keep the loan open til I get paid again or sooner if I can get the money. Mr. Coston did say that the $296 had been refunded to me and the "check was in the mail" because they could not keep my money.
