I submitted my details to company for free trial of both colen cleanse and gcbx I received colen bottle on 13 sept after being despached on 22 aug. Still haven't received gcbx but became aware that $205 gone from bank account in last month. Contacted company they said I had to let them know within the 14 days trial that I did not want to continue to be charged full price. Bit gard when I haven't even received both products to trial within the 14 days! Then they have re sent gcbx and could offer me a 25% off the money I have already been charged. I was not happy with that so I want to send them back got full refund but now am bit worried if its even worth doing that after reading your other complaints on this company!!!
