I ordered a trial bottle of the product GCBX - natural green coffee been extract for $4.95.14 days later (before the trial product arrived) I was billed $80. The company (Cellan or sometimes they are called Cellean) have continued to bill my credit card and send me product. They recently billed me for a third and fourth bottle when I had only received two bottles from them. I have been unable to find a point of contact apart from a PO Box. The invoice has no company details on it. The website I ordered the product from has gone and a new website without functional buttons is up instead at www.trygcbx.com. I would like to get the "full money back guaranteed" that was promised in their shiny website upon signing up but I cannot find the original online terms and conditions or website or contact details of any sort. I wish I had googled GCBX SCAM before now. Thanks for helping and logging these complaints.
