I am just shocked by the way I've been treated at Modnique. I returned 8 items for a refund to Modnique's warehouse back in August. I waited close to a month and a half and still there is no news. I contacted customer service at least 3 times and apparently they just lost all the items. Right now Modnique is refusing to pay me back my money.in addition I had cancelled items in my orders and I never got refunded for those items as well. Modnique owes me close to $500 and refuses to pay! My next step is to file a complaint with a better business bureau.
