My senior aged mom received 2 letters from RDD claiming she was "a guaranteed cash prize winner".in order to verify her status, they needed $20 to "process report and records." Unfortunately she sent them a check (which of course was cashed). Today she received 2 separate phone calls from two men (Howard Wilson and Bruce Golding) telling her she has won and they want to deliver her prizes (a 2014 mercedes and a check for $2.5 million). Of course, they need additional money ($300) to cover the title on the car. Both phone calls came from a private/blocked number, but we also captured a cell number (876-404-3986) which appears to belong to someone named Mossel in Israel. I have filed a mail fraud report with the USPS as well as with the local police department.
