I used Platinum hair extensions on a weekly basis for nearly 2years up until last month. The hair i used to buy there was excellent quality and all my clients used to love it.
After nearly 2years of using their hair on clients, slowly one by one all of my regular clients started to complain that the hair that usually lasted up to 6months was in a bad way at the 3-4week stage. New clients complained as well. When i had about 10 complaints, i knew there was a problem with the product.
Contacted platinum and they said their product and supplier hadnt changed when clearly they had. They said it was the clients fault. Not true when clients had absolutely no problems with their hair before. Theyd obviously bought stock of cheaper bad quality hair that they had advertised as excellent quality remy hair.
I contacted them to let them know everyone of my clients who id used hair on in a 3month period had complained to me but got no reply. Very annoyed as id been a regular customer of theirs, spent alot of money in their shop and now ive lost at least 10 clients because of this including regular clients and probably more to come.
Will never use this supplier again
