This company billed me for items I didn't order, charged me for items I ordered but didnt' recieve and when i called them, I had to wait on hold for about 15 min (I also waited on the online chat for 10 minutes while on hold).
When I finally got through, I told them i wanted the entire cancelled and wanted my money back including the $50 for the item i didn't order (which was a duplicate of the first order). I never got the Acai Berry Detox and I ordered the NATURE'S CLEANSE not LIFE CLEANSE but got 2 bottles of it anyways.
After the girl argued with me about what i did and didn't order, I got my cancellation number and a return number that she told me to write on the box and send it back. I never got the refund so i called back, and was told i had to actually go to the post office and pay the postage (which was supposed to be true for a totally seperate item). This new rep told me that they would send it back to me because their shipping department wouldn't know what to do with it (even though the reference number is written on it). I never got an email, refund nor a returned package.
By the way, the first product that i did receive correctly (the first bottle of Life Cleanse), doesn't work. It makes you bloated and that's all.
Fraud, fraud, fraud. Dr. Oz should sue them for using his name in VAIN!
